General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 38ok ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your use of the 38ok website accessible at https://38ok.io and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

38ok is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slots, instant-win titles, and related promotional services, all transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally supported mobile financial services.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of 38ok is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 38ok operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

38ok's services are made available to players physically located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh and that your participation in online gaming activities does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your place of residence.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an account on 38ok, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date at all times.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 38ok platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein. 2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

38ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to processing any withdrawal:

• Government-issued national identification card (NID) or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 38ok may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. 38ok reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the player relationship.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 38ok account credentials, including your username and password. 38ok will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. 38ok shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 38ok reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity. Any remaining balance in a closed inactive account may be reclaimed by contacting [email protected] within 36 months of the account closure date.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 38ok account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3.5 Account Suspension or Closure by 38ok

38ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in cases including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 38ok may withhold account balances pending investigation in cooperation with relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

38ok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services and payment channels:

• bKash — Mobile financial service by BRAC Bank
• Nagad — Digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile financial service by United Commercial Bank

38ok does not currently accept international credit cards, debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments. Payment method availability may change over time and any such changes will be communicated to players in advance.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 38ok wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation from your mobile financial service provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 38ok does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their standard transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes of approval, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, and the receiving account must be registered in your own name as it appears on your 38ok account. 38ok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 38ok reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal while verification checks are conducted. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be eligible to withdraw funds until all required documentation has been submitted and approved.

4.5 Currency

All transactions, account balances, and winnings on the 38ok platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. 38ok does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

38ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the applicable promotion page, which must be read in full before claiming any offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that offer only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account on 38ok may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available exclusively to first-time depositors and is subject to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and time-limited validity periods as specified in the welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

38ok employs automated and manual monitoring systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse. Activity including but not limited to: claiming bonuses with intent to withdraw without genuine play, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing low-risk hedging bets purely to satisfy wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account suspension.

5.5 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions

38ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification will be honoured under the original terms unless the modification is required due to regulatory reasons or identified abuse.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 38ok platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any bet. 38ok shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to review their bet slip or game selection prior to confirmation.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

38ok offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other cricket fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of a market. In-play odds are updated in real time and may fluctuate significantly within seconds. 38ok reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical faults or data feed errors.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific settlement rules published on the 38ok platform. 38ok's decision on the settlement of all sporting events is final.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Each live casino game is governed by the rules of that specific game as explained by the dealer or displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, 38ok's system will use the last confirmed game state to settle the round. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 38ok platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 38ok content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 38ok platform software
• Use the 38ok name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written consent
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the 38ok platform using automated means

Any unauthorised use of 38ok intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable law and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

38ok's total aggregate liability to any player, in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms
